9-year-old Selin Iskenderova will represent Azerbaijan with the song “Bird of Fortune” at the 2023 “Our Generation” competition.
Selin is from Baku. She discovered a love of music from an early age. The first song she learned was “Little Land.” Selin began performing at a young age and her love for the stage only grows each year.
Selin also likes dancing, swimming in the sea, hiking, walking through warm rain, watching talented kids perform on YouTube, and playing with her pet Benchik.
Selin’s favorite songs include “Diamonds” (Rihanna), “Shut Down” (Black Pink), “Barbie” (Milana Star), and “Dance Monkey” (Tones and I). She hopes to become a world-famous singer.
